Description | The museum is located in the Ella Williams school building, a former elementary school built in 1901. The school was closed in 1976 and the museum opened in December of 1977. You will always find something new and interesting to enjoy at the museum. Our exhibits include a Victorian parlor, kitchen, school room and nursery, a collection of clothing and fashions from the 1800s, a fine arts room, a historical medical exhibit and an extensive collection of military and war related memorabilia. Visit us anytime or call for special tours or field trips. |
