Best Time to Visit Plymouth
Plymouth County wakes from its sleepy winters to warm spring days and attractions opening their doors to the new year’s visitors. Summer temperatures are mild with averages in the low 70s to high 80s with off shore breezes to cool the occasional heat waves that dot the summer months. Nights are cool with lows in the 60s. Fall temperatures are cold with averages in the 40s & 50s but expect Indian Summer days at any time. Our winter months are quiet with occasional blizzards but mostly just cold weather that invites visitors to spend time in our cozy B&Bs or dining in fire lit restaurants. We also have two hotels right on the ocean, great for storm viewing.
