| Description | Join choreographer Stephanie Zaletel and szalt (dance co.) for an evening of moon-inspired movement meditations, guided improvisation and sound under the night sky. Connect to a deeper sense of peace, joy, curiosity and health through personal creativity, sonic saturation and an immersion in group dance. This experience ends in a calming sound bath under the stars, so bring a blanket or anything comfortable to lie on or share!
Sing, dance, play and experience something unexpected! This interactive series invites participants of all skill levels to unleash their inner artist with flamenco, Tahitian dance, meditative movement, Bollywood, drumming and much more. These FREE events are participatory and centered around movement and music. All ages are welcome.
JAM Sessions are a program of the Ford Theatre Foundation with support provided by Los Angeles County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl, Third District.
