Description | Western Historic Trails Center was built and designed by the National Parks Service as an interpretive center. The Center has interpretive exhibit that will take you on a journey with one of four Pioneer Trails. You will be able to explore along side Lewis and Clark, cross the country along the Mormon Trail with handcart or covered wagon, head west to discover gold during the California Gold Rush, or seek a healthier place to live on the Oregon Trail. Once you explored along the Trails you can adventure along the Railroad to the Lincoln Highway and the interstate we know today. I am sure you will choose today method of traveling compared to what the pioneer experience was.
