DescriptionExperience the southern splendor of "The Sugar Palace" when you step into 16 rooms filled with period antiques and Louisiana artwork. Our experiential tour brings you back to the 1880’s to catch a glimpse of the life of a wealthy sugar Baron and his mistress.

After visiting the mansion you’ll want to take time to stroll through our gardens. Many sitting areas have been provided around the property, inviting you to sit and experience the year-round grandeur of the ancient oak alley, the fragrance of spring and summer blooms and the sights and sounds of bird life, wildlife and plantation life of long ago

Ready to eat? Latil’s Landing is our award winning, fine dining restaurant situated in the original home from the 1770’s overlooking a dancing fountain. If it’s a casual atmosphere you prefer, Café Burnside serves lunch daily from 11am-2pm.
