| Description | Visit the home where one of Nebraska's most beloved authors lived, worked, and raised a family from 1922-1946. The elegant prairie-style mansion was built in 1922 and is open for guided tours Weds., Thurs., Sat. & Sun. afternoons from 2:00-5:00 p.m. during the months of May through October. Open every Sat. & Sun. from 2:00-5:00 p.m. from November through April.
