Average Jacksonville Weather
Starting in May, average daily highs hit the 80s until October. July and August are the hottest months with August also being the rainiest. December, January, and February are the coolest with a mean temperature in the 60s.
Transportation
Jacksonville's monorail system, the Skyway, is partially open and serves a limited downtown route. It closes on Sundays and many Saturdays, except for transport to Jacksonville Jaguars games. Stadium Shuttle Service is also available to reach Jaguar games. Bus service is available throughout the city and to some of the beaches. Jacksonville has a range of hotels to suit any budget. Restaurants are moderately priced with all major chains available. Business travelers who plan on golfing would do well to consider a golf package for their stay.
