Metlife Stadium. The home of the New York Football Giants and New York Jets is the heart of our region. The Meadowlands serve as a great place to go on a pontoon boat ride, go kayaking with friends, bird watch and hike beautiful nature trails. We have up and coming breweries in the region as well as active night life and delicious restaurants of all types of cuisine.
For the history buff, there are many famous battle grounds located in the Meadowlands that provide tours. We have many museums and other attractions like zoos and children museums. There is something for everyone in the Meadowlands!

Meadowlands Liberty Region is situated just across the Hudson River from New York City and minutes from Newark Liberty International Airport. Spanning from the George Washington Bridge to the Statue of Liberty including the entire Hudson waterfront and west to the Hackensack River, with the Meadowlands Sports Complex at its core.
