Excellent! | Why would someone make a statement like that? I think we have an "GREAT" place to visit and it's in a GREAT location. Is this a local person or one traveling through? I personally wish they hadn't have stopped to visit with an attitude like that. Money is the object of everything and I think over the years it has really improved out there and it takes a lot of time and money to make improvements. If they want to donate say a couple million dollars to make improvements, I am sure the building and the grounds might have a better appearance, There are alot of people who truly care and have taken the time to "Help" make our history in Wd Cty count. Someone always has to ruin a good thing with nasty comments.....Shame on you. | Elderly male | 04-13-11 |
Very Good | I am a life long resident of Wood Cty and resent the comment of the above person who felt their visit was a waste of time...do they realize how much money and time it takes to build on these kinds of structures and the items they have collected? Of course there are "Better" historical and museum centers out there but what has it taken to get that far? Money, paid employees, lot's of volunteers, donations, support, state monies, county monies....would thisperson like to volunteer their time and lot's of money? I doubt it....... | Elderly female | 04-13-11 |
Don't Bother! | Truly the worst museum I have EVER visited. A total waste of time. The exhibits are at best boring and at worst offensive. Especially disgusting is the exhibit on the hanging. Maybe with new management & staff this place might have a chance as the setting is very nice. You will be in for a letdown as soon as you enter the place however. A true embarrasment to history and historians. | Middle age male | 04-19-10 |
Excellent! | This is an excellent museum, however it is NOT in the Tiffin, Ohio, area. It is an hour away from Tiffin. The museum is south of Bowling Green, Ohio, on rt. 6, just east of I-75. | Elderly female | 04-25-09 |
