| Description | The Wild Mountain Water Park, Alpine Slides & Go-Karts are located just 7 miles north of Taylors Falls, MN. A great park for the whole family! There are activites that will get you wet, and some that will allow you to stay dry! Our fleet of excursion boats include the Taylors Falls Queen and the Taylors Falls Princess. The "Queen" is nearly 80 feet long, 20 feet wide and has two decks. The "Princess" can carry up to 250 guests. The "Queen" can hold up to 150.
Your licensed boat pilot and tour guide will point out the unique rock formations that were left behind as the glaciers retreated thousands of years ago. Among the most outstanding formation is the huge stone cross for which the St. Croix River was named. "St. Croix" means Holy Cross.
Conveniently located approximately one hour from the Twin Cities, Taylors Falls Canoe and Kayak Rental is prepared to outfit you and your family/group with the equipment you will need to enjoy a wonderful day in the Minnesota great outdoors. Wildwood Campground offers a variety of campsites, with enough activities within minutes to provide days of fun! Enjoy our self guided nature trail or take on our mountain bike trails, cool off in our swimming pool, enjoy basketball, volleyball or horseshoes. Wildwood Campgrounds offers you a variety of activities to help you to enjoy your vacation. In addition to the summer events we offer skiing and snowboarding. Our beginner and intermediate terrain parks give the snowboarders and twin-skiiers a variety.
At Wild Mountain we have three separate rooms to choose from. The cost for each room includes: security, a 15' x 18' dance floor, setup and cleanup. Wild Mountain has no bar minimum. The only deposit needed is the total cost of room rental plus a $200 damage deposit.
