Brief DescriptionWatson Cabin pioneer home in Tahoe City
DescriptionThe Watson Cabin, built by Tahoe City constable Robert M. Watson as a wedding gift for his son, has stood in "downtown" Tahoe City since 1909. Today visitors can see the home laid out the way the Watson family had it, according to their daughter Mildred, who helped the North Lake Tahoe Historical Society set it up. This beautifully located old cabin features many period pieces: some from the family, some from other families of the time.
