St. Ignace is a small coastal town nestled along the bay just over the Mackinac Bridge in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. St. Ignace is well known for it's quaint, small town charm, it's yearly Car Show that draws thousands of car enthusiasts each year, and for our proximity to Mackinac Island, many hiking trails, fishing, and other family friendly outdoor amenities. St. Ignace is a bustling town in the summer, with fireworks every Saturday night starting in July and Movies on the Bay on Sunday nights.

Cultural Activities

Twilight Tours through downtown are a great way to start you cultural experience in St. Ignace. Stop by the Museum of Ojibwe Culture and the Fort Du Buade Musuem are great spots to hit next; you may event see a Native American ceremony take place at the Long Houses which will be renovated this year with all natural materials.

Attractions

Castle Rock is a popular tourist destination, as is the Mystery Spot.

St. Ignace boasts pleasant temperatures all summer long, rarely exceeding 80 degrees. The summers end quickly and move into stunning autumns with gorgeous foliage and chilly nights, perfect for getting into the winter mood. St. Ignace is popular in the winter with Skiers, Snowmobilers, and hunters.
