A visit to Odessa can put you in the audience of a production at the Globe Theatre, in the cockpit of a World War II fighter plane, or in the heart of the second largest meteor crater in the nation.

In just a short few hours drive you can experience the unique culture of the region with a visit to the Big Bend National Park, the Balmorhea State Park, and the Monahans Sandhills State Park. We have several museums, including the Ellen Noel Art Museum, The Parker Ranching House Museum, historical sites including the White Pool House and the Pecos Depot. Odessa is home to Summer Concert series, Hot Summer Nights on the lawn on Noel plaza.
The Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center is the brightest star in the West Texas sky. With an exterior design that combines local themes of geology and open sky, the Wagner Noël stands nearly 10 stories tall and is visible symbol of culture, education and achievement. It will expand your cultural horizons with a wide range of community and regional events - from Broadway tours to performing Symphonies to ballet, opera, and musical concerts.
