Best Time To Go:

Summer and winter.

Missoula has all four seasons - the original divisions of the year as determined by Mother Nature.
While we do have occasional wildfires, we don't have a "mudslide season", "tornado season" or "hurricane season", and the simple thought of a Tsunami is ridiculous! So no matter when you decide to visit us, you will find a spectacular season waiting just for you. Whether relaxed or invigorating, our seasons are sure to keep you entertained and create a life-time of memories.

Accommodations

Accommodations are like real estate...location, location, location! The hotels on North Reserve offer quick access to the airport, I-90 and Highway 93. Downtown hotels place visitors in the heart of Missoula and within walking distance of the University of Montana and the Clark Fork River. Broadway and Brooks Street properties boast convenient access to shopping and restaurants.

A stay in a scenic outlying area such as Seeley Lake, Flathead Lake, Whitefish Lake, Rock Creek or the Bitterroot Valley, will refresh anyone looking to get away from it all.

Several of these facilities welcome conventions, so when planning your next event think of the Garden City.
