Summer and fall.

Summers are warm and sunny. Perfect for boating, kayaking or just wandering around town. Spring can be very unpredictable, temperature wise. Ranging from 70 degree days to chilly 50s. Fall is warm with beautiful fall colors. Winter is often temperate with a few cold spells and sporadic snowfall.
