Summer and spring.

Summers are sunny and warm, perfect for sports and other outdoor activities. Falls are cool and colorful, perfect for a walk through any of our great parks/recreation areas. Winters are chilly with mild-moderate snowfall, making it perfect for cross-country skiing, ice-skating in the Decatur Civic Center, sledding in the public parks, and enjoying the warm, indoor attractions. Springs are full of beautiful, blooming plants, making for the perfect time to view the multiple public gardens in the area. Multiple festivals and events take place throughout every season!
