| Description | Tibbits Classic Film Series presents the Will Ferrell comedy, ELF. In this family-friendly movie starring Ferrell along with Zooey Deschanel, Ed Asner, James Caan and Bob Newhart, Buddy was a baby in an orphanage who accidentally stowed away in Santa’s sack and ends up being raised by elves at the North Pole. Unable to shake the feeling that he doesn’t fit in, adult Buddy travels to New York City in full elf uniform to find his birth father, Walter Hobbs. Hobbs, a cynical businessman who is on Santa’s naughty list, has no idea that Buddy was even born. Buddy experiences the delights of New York City (and human culture) as only an elf can and tries to build a relationship with Hobbs with increasingly chaotic results.
Admission to the classic film series is FREE; donations are accepted. Concessions including a cash bar will be available for purchase at our Ghost Light Bar. The theatre will open at 1:30pm with concessions and seating beginning at that time as well.
Tibbits is not mandating masks, but instead, STRONGLY ENCOURAGING everyone to please do his/her part. If you are ill or experiencing any symptoms, please DO NOT attend the movie.
