Moraine State Park

One of the largest park in PA, offering many outdoor recreational opportunities such as bicycling, boating, swimming, fishing and horseback riding. Eleven lakefront cabins open year-round. Moraine State Park features 3,225- acre Lake Arthur, an outstanding warm water fishery and great sailing and boating. Visitors sometimes see osprey that were reintroduced to the park.

The year 2008 marked the Golden Anniversary celebration of the NCP, reflecting 50 years of our commitment to the community and to the arts. In 1958 New Castle Playhouse (NCP) was incorporated as a non-profit organization and since then has been enriching the lives of our locality through live theatrical performances.
