| Description | This Spring, the Shrine of Lourdes in Litchfield, located off Rte. 118, 50 Montfort Rd., in Litchfield, CT will mark its 64th Pilgrimage Season. Mass is offered Tuesday to Sunday at 11:30 in the outdoor Grotto. In the event of inclement weather, Mass is held in the Grotto Chapel located on the Shrine grounds. The Grotto Gift Shop is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30 to 4:30 and on Sunday (after Mass) at 12:30 to 4:30. Available for purchase are indoor and outdoor statues, medals, rosaries, bibles, religious jewelry, baby and youth gifts and books along with many unique articles for gift-giving. The Grotto Cafe, located in Pilgrim Hall, is open Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 2:00 and features a menu of home-made meals and desserts and is vegan friendly.
