The Center features live animals of the Gulf of Maine, indoor touch tanks, and hands-on exhibits about life in and around the ocean. Through programs, exhibits, and marine mammal rescue, the Center inspires people to care for and about the future of the ocean.
The Center offers many special events throughout the year, including the springtime trail race and Kid's Fun Run; Rescue Run: Race for Marine Mammals and the summer outdoor concert series, Music by the Sea. The site can be rented for weddings and celebrations (indoors or under the seasonal seaside tent) and birthday parties.
Odiorne Point State Park features seven different natural habitats, historic military fortifications, a playground and picnic areas. Trail that meander through the park are perfect for biking and hiking. |
