Description | The Marshall M Fredericks Sculpture Museum celebrates the life works and legacy of America's Sculptor, Marshall Fredericks. The Museum is located in the Arbury Fine Arts Center on the campus of Saginaw Valley State University. We are free of charge and handicap accessible.
We invite you to visit the Main Exhibit Gallery with over 200 works by Marshall Fredericks.
You are encouraged to explore our representation of the Sculptor’s Studio featuring many of Marshall's tools and works in progress to help you develop a greater understanding of the artist's process.
We host a variety of temporary exhibitions for your enjoyment. Please check our website marshallfrederics.org for more information on our Temporary Exhibitions.
No visit would be complete without a delightful stroll through the Jo Anne and Donald Petersen Sculpture Garden.
Guided tours are FREE but reservations are recommended.
The Museum offers Educational tours & programs. Bring your class or group to the Museum for an interactive experience that is
customized to your learning goals. Programs can include tours and hands on art activities that meet Michigan’s Grade Level Content Expectations. Tours are available with an appointment.
The Museum is closed for national and university holidays. Located in the center of Bay, Midland and Saginaw counties, the Museum is a short drive off of I-75. We encourage and enjoy hosting walk in visitors any time during our open hours. |
