| Description | The Lorena Sternwheeler is moored at Zane’s Landing Park at the west end of Market Street in downtown Zanesville and offers excursions on the Muskingum River. She can carry 75 passengers and is available for public rides, dinner cruises, birthday parties, anniversaries, lunch cruises, twilight cruises, and charters.
This Muskingum County treasure travels up the Historic Muskingum River Water Trail and offers a relaxed and pleasant ride through wide waters, passing scenic woodlands just the way our ancestors did. She has carried governors, Miss Americas, Pat Boone, and the Imperials. Newspapers throughout the world write about the Lorena and radio and TV coverage is extensive. Worldwide coverage came when the Lorena survived the “Blizzard of ’78.” The riverboat was within a quarter-inch of capsizing.

Enjoy an afternoon cruise while listening to The Wayfarers live in concert aboard the Lorena Sternwheeler, Fantastic Blue Grass Music.
Tickets must be purchased in advance at the Welcome Center in downtown Zanesville or by calling 740-455-8282.
Tickets are $15 a person
Public Ride Prices: $8 adult, $7 senior, $4 for children 2-12. No reservations required, purchase tickets at the boat the day of the cruise.
Lunch Cruise: $15 per person and reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance.
Dinner Cruise: $35 per person and reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance.

Please note that all scheduled and chartered trips are subject to change or cancel due to weather and river conditions.
The Lorena leaves the dock promptly at the scheduled departure time. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to board. No refunds for late arrivals. Cruise is rain or shine unless otherwise stated. If cruise runs there are no refunds. All advanced sale tickets are non-refundable.
Directions to the Lorena Sternwheeler:
I-70 East to Zanesville, Ohio
Take Exit #154 Fifth Street (one-way south). Go to second light and turn right onto Market Street. Follow Market Street three blocks, cross railroad tracks and curve right to enter Zane’s Landing Park where the Lorena is moored along the Muskingum River.
I-70 West to Zanesville, Ohio
Take Exit #155 Underwood Street. Turn left onto Underwood Street, pass through two lights and turn right at third light onto Market Street. Follow Market Street six blocks, cross railroad tracks and curve right to enter Zane’s Landing Park where the Lorena is moored along the Muskingum River.
