Throughout the year, IAIS offers a variety of programs, lectures, events, and workshops for visitors of all ages. IAIS is open year-round, five days a week (except major U.S. holidays) offering 4 exhibit galleries, a Children's Discovery Room, and the Four Directions Gift & Book Shop in the museum. A replicated outdoor 16th century Algonkian village, as well as a series of gardens and trails, sits along its 15 acres of woodland landscape.
