Description Join us to explore the architectural treasures of Coltsville and the Charter Oak neighborhoods. Discuss the impacts of industry and immigration on these neighborhoods in Hartford, including sites like the Colt Factory and its worker houses, the Church of the Good Shepherd and Parish House, the Capewell Nail Factory, and the Polish National Home.
Advance registration is required. This program is part of our Historic Hartford Walking Tours series, where we forge new paths through Hartford’s history!
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather, as this program will take place outdoors. In case of cancellation due to severe weather, registrants will be notified at the email address on file.
