My name is Matthew Gray, the owner and operator of a fun, informative and delicious company called Hawaii Food Tours (www.HawaiiFoodTours.com) based here in Honolulu. I designed all the tours personally, and I'm someone who loves to travel and eat great food.
For many years I was the Restaurant Reviewer and Food Writer for Hawaii's largest daily newspaper, "The Honolulu Advertiser." I'm also a former L.A.-based Chef who has cooked for many famous movie stars, celebrities, and musicians.
My one-of-a-kind company, Hawaii Food Tours, offers guided food tours in and around Honolulu. We're on the leading edge of the newest niche of the Food-Tourism-Travel connection being called "Culinary Tourism."
