| Description | One step inside the historic Waterbury train station transports visitors to another world. A jewel of the Italianate Victorian style, the station has been lovingly restored to its 1875 glory. It still serves the Amtrak train that runs from St. Albans, Vermont to Washington, D.C. There is an interactive, "hands-on exhibit and multimedia coffee experience that shows how coffee is grown, harvested, processed, and roasted. There are also unique gifts and artisanal crafts from coffee-growing communities. In the Green Mountain Coffee cafT, visitors can enjoy a cappuccino, latte, espresso or other coffee creation. |
