Party and play in a neighborhood that is always a good time any day of the year, but especially on the Third Wednesday of every month. Say “Aloha” to August with free samples of Tropical Drinks and Treats at participating restaurants, bars and retail establishments. Cast your vote for the “Best Tropical Aloha Drink” and “Best Tasty Tropical Treat” for a chance to win prizes, gift certificates and more—the more samples you try, the more chances to win! (Check our website at www.downtownculvercity.com for the announcement of July’s “Red, White and Blue Drink and Dessert” contest winners.) Culver City’s downtown area is Southern California’s best kept secret, featuring a wonderful mix of historic buildings, boutiques, theaters, galleries, and unique restaurants opening on to tree-lined streets. Parking is free in municipal structures for up to two hours, or valet parking is available at four convenient Downtown locations.
