Description	The C&O Heritage Center is located in historic Clifton Forge, VA, nestled in the scenic mountains of the Alleghany Highlands. It offers a wonderful multi-dimensional railroad heritage experience that tells the story of the C&O Railway from its beginning in 1836 to today's CSX. Come spend an afternoon watching trains from the signal tower, tour our museum and equipment, ride the Little C&O, blow the whistles, and have a picnic lunch with a view. Included in the tour are: -Full Historical Museum -1896 Freught Depot -1922 Gadsby's Tavern Dining Car -Restored Cabooses -Ride on Train (Little C&O) -96 foot O Gause model layout -Gift Shop and picnic area
