| Description | Clearwater Marine Aquarium (CMA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 1978 and is the world's most recognized marine life rescue center.
Home to the Dolphin Tale films two biggest stars, dolphins Winter and Hope, CMA allows guests to immerse themselves into their real life stories. CMA is dedicated to rescue, rehabilitation and release, environmental education, and bringing inspirational moments to kids, wounded soldiers and anyone facing a life challenge. Clearwater Marine Aquarium has the unique platform to inspire people through the amazing resident animals and their stories of survival, which touch all of us.
Come explore our unique non-profit hospital: dedicated to rescue, rehab and release of marine animals. See our mission in action as you discover our rehab and surgical areas and get up-close to our resident animals, including Winter the dolphin, who swims with a prosthetic tail.
Get hands-on experience with our animals by feeding our stingrays, sharks and pelicans. Feeling adventurous? Take a cruise on an interactive boat tour with our Sea Life Safari or Dolphin Adventure Tour. Hop aboard a complimentary boat or trolley shuttle to Winter’s Dolphin Tale Adventure, our nearby second facility. There, you can discover a museum of rebuilt sets and props from the Dolphin Tale films and walk through our Hurricane Experience exhibit.
