Description
The Clarksville Regional Museum located on 8th Street is in the historic home of the late Samuel Davis, II. Local citizens who love history organized the museum to preserve Clarksville area history. The museum serves as a depository of unique historic items that links the area's past to its future. Exhibits include a Tobacco room, a Buffalo Lithia Springs room, a typical sewing room, a military room, a model train exhibit which depicts Clarksville about 1950, and an expose exhibit that tells the history of Clarksville from a trading post to a tourist destination.
