Very Good | My children love this place! I have been to a few other indoor play places and so far this is my kids favorite. It is so big, and spacious. They have a section for little kids which is great because it keeps the obnoxious kids away from the little ones. Sometimes the other kids can be very rough, rude and mean but i do not blame the employees of the place (as the other poster said), i blame the parents of the kids. It is a little run down and a little old looking. I havent been since jan '10 but i hear there are new owners since. The food was not very good and a little pricey (we never eat there, we always go down to a coney after). It is a very inexpensive way to have play dates, bday parties and just get the kids out of the house! I do agree with some of the other postings about the employees... They were rude to us and not helpful when we asked questions. I am planning on having my daughters 4th bday party there again (for the 3rd year in a row). | Young female | 12-07-10 |
Very Good | Just went to an overnighter at Castaway, we loved it you get the whole place to your self all night. The staff was great and it was very clean, they have new owners and they are working on updating things. Look soooo much better. We will be going back and have more over night parties. Good | My son loves it. He is only two and sometimes we have to leave because the older kids are very rough. The play area is not monitored by the staff at all so the kids often take the lagre balls and toys from the tot area and throw them thru the big area, this is hard on the smaller kids. Also the staff is kinda rude, and not helpful in the least. Also the pizza is really gross. BUT the kids love it, it's fully netted and safe and my lil guy never wants to leave. If yo get there early you can get a comfy front row seat to watch your kid play. Be prepared tho, people are rude and will literally stand a foot in front of you butt in your face and gab.so It's great for the kids, not so much for parents and unfortunatly there seem to be alot of rude ppl who take thier kids there.
