| Description | The Artisan Depot Gallery & Gift Shop is located in Cowan, TN and features the art & craft of artists residing in Franklin County & Surrounding Region. We are a Cooperative gallery offering pottery, folk art, jewelry, textiles, hand carved birds, paintings, hand forged tools, photography, handmade books, collages & much more! We are the only gallery in the area that invites the public to participate in our Theme Community Shows, held every six weeks. These shows are also open to children. We are located in a charming historically significant town that includes a railroad museum, car museum, mini antique mall, Franklin Pearson House and restaurants, just down the mountain from Sewanee and only about 45 miles from Chattanooga. Our gallery also takes part in the annual Fall Heritage Festival held in September that fills the streets with arts, crafts, food, music and Historical Civil War activities. |
