Your Sessions are always about supporting you being in your breath:
The most valuable support of your well-being we can share, is the gift of time. And an important distinction of how we at A Spa for You work together with you to create the perfect individualized spa session is by adding to your session - a professional 15 minute pre-treatment, personal consultation with your massage therapist. For this reason, we've come to refer to our 60-minute sessions as a 15+60 session; the 90-minute as a 15+90; and the 2 hour session as a 15+120.
As creating you and your loved one's perfect spa experiences involves working with you - to make that happen, each of our sessions is by reservation only. And so it is recommended for greatest date and time availability, please contact us as soon as you know you intend to be in the Sedona area.
