Description of this Ohio Accommodation: Please email me for a flier with pictures! JoJo's beach house is suitable for up to 7 people. Two BR, one double bed, bunk bed (double bottom, single top) and foldout couch.
JoJo's Beach House is truly adorable and tastefully furnished--really nice with Private Beach Access. I wanted to equip & furnish the house as if I was staying there.
I just bought and refurbished the Beach House 2 years ago year. Furniture is new (Pier One/Hampton Bay) or antique/vintage. The wood floors were uncovered, sanded and sealed. Fresh paint, Beautiful Pier One hemp area rugs. Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, flatware, glassware and cookware/utensils) with microwave, full size fridge, apartment size stove, toaster, coffeemaker, disposal. Gas grill and deck furniture. New bath with shower massage, plenty of towels, and hotel like amenities (hair dryer, soap, shampoo, razors, etc.). Master bedroom is antique/vintage--white metal bed and lovely mahogany dresser. Second bedroom features bunk bed, single on top and double futon bottom. The futon is a thick, true futon mattress and very comfortable. Both bedrooms offer lovely and comfortable linens and pillows and generous closets. Living room features a fold down sofa with sleeping linens and pillows. The satellite TV entertainment center is stocked with movies (kids and adults), playing cards, games, puzzles, etc.
JUST BRING CLOTHES & FOOD!
You can see the water and the cottage is private, apx 2 miles to Geneva on the lake right on Lake Rd. We are getting lots of calls so I wouldn't wait too long to book. Many people staying close to home for vacation this year!

Description of this Ohio Accommodation: We have a 1400 sq ft home adjoining Pike State Forest just outside of Bainbridge, Ohio in the hills. Our rental is done in a southwest motiff. We supply everything but food and your clothing, home away from home. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, living, dining, kitchen, all furnished and supplied. Our rental sits on 22 wooded acres that adjoin the forest. We can sleep 8 comfortably, but will sleep up to 10 for an additional charge. As you enter our retreat, you are greeted with a gas fireplace with stone surround that has a cedar mantel that is in the living room. There is also a leather sectional that pulls out to a full size bed, log chair, rocker with stool, end tables, log coffee table and log sofa table. Also a Child size rocker and TV cabinet with Dish Network, DVD, VHS, stereo, games, puzzles, cards and magazines. For the children we have toys, books and some games. Step into the Master bedroom off the living room which has a Massive King size log bed with memory form topper and full private bath, not to mention the Dish Network, DVD, self setting alarm clock and log end tables all done in a western cowboy theme. Extra bedding, twin sizes rollaway, beach towels, robes are all in the closet. There are 2 other bedrooms, one has a bear theme with full size bed, alarm clock, box fan in closet, log end tables, rustic storage cabinet and chair. The other bedroom has a wolf motiff with queen bed, alarm clock, side table and bench. Plus 1 other full bath. Full kitchen and dining room with bar, seating for 10. Kitchen is stocked with Full size refrigarator and stove, can opener, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, wine glasses, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, some spices, dish soap, trash bags and all other kitchen essentials. Open the back door to the 12X16 deck with seating for 10 and gas grill. In our woods behind the rental is a built-in fire pit with seating, and firewood is supplied as well. You can also explore our many paths on our property. We see many deer and wild turkey here. We also supply FREE video leasing and frisbee disk for Frisbee Golf at Pike Lake - only 1.8 miles away. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, popcorn, shampoo, conditioner and soap are all supplied along with all bath and bed linens. Please check out our website for more pictures and details about our place.
