Description of this Ohio Accommodation: Please email me for a flier with pictures! JoJo's beach house is suitable for up to 7 people. Two BR, one double bed, bunk bed (double bottom, single top) and foldout couch.
JoJo's Beach House is truly adorable and tastefuly furnished--really nice with Private Beach Access. I wanted to equip & furnish the house as if I was staying there.
I just bought and refurbished the Beach House last year. Furniture is new (Pier One/Hampton Bay) or antique/vintage. The wood floors were uncovered, sanded and sealed. Fresh paint, Beautiful Pier One hemp area rugs. Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, flatware, glassware and cookware/utensils) with microwave, full size fridge, apartment size stove, toaster, coffeemaker, disposal. Gas grill and deck furniture. New bath with shower massage, plenty of towels, and hotel like amenities (hair dryer, soap, shampoo, razors, etc.). Master bedroom is antique/vintage--white metal bed and lovely mahogany dresser. Second bedroom features bunk bed, single on top and double futon bottom. The futon is a thick, true futon mattress and very comfortable. Both bedrooms offer lovely and comfortable linens and pillows and generous closets. Living room features a fold down sofa with sleeping linens and pillows. The satellite TV entertainment center is stocked with movies (kids and adults), playing cards, games, puzzles, etc.
JUST BRING CLOTHES & FOOD!
You can see the water and the cottage is private, apx 2 miles to Geneva on the lake right on Lake Rd. We are getting lots of calls so I wouldn't wait too long to book. Many people staying close to home for vacation this year!

Description of this Ohio Accommodation: We have a 1400 sq ft home adjoining Pike State Forest in Bainbridge, Ohio. We supply everything but food and your clothing. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, living, dining, kitchen, all furnished and supplied. Our rental sits on 22 wooded acres that adjoin the forest. We can sleep 8 comfortably, but will sleep up to 10 for an additional charge. Gas fireplace with stone surround welcomes you into the living room with leather sectional and log chairs. Step into the Master bedroom with Massive King size log bed and private bath, not to mention the Dish Network and DVD in the room. Also has adjoining private bath. There are 2 other bedrooms and 1 other bath. Open the back door to a deck with seating and gas grill. In our woods behind the rental is a built-in fire pit with seating. You can also explore our paths on our property. We see many deer and wild turkey here. We also supply FREE video leasing and frisbee disk for Frisbee Golf at Pike Lake - only 1.8 miles away. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, popcorn, shampoo, conditioner and soap are all supplied along with all bath, bed linens and kitchen utensils.
