The Ritz Theatre first opened its doors more than 80 years ago. At the time, the Ritz was "the" place to see a movie. The smell of fresh popcorn and the sights and sounds of our beautiful theatre brings back fond memories of our youth. Such a part of our rich tradition, movies continue to be one of our most requested events. Our Sunday Matinee Movie series will vary from month to month with a combination of family, classic, and seasonal favorites with the $3 price of admission still one of the best values around!

Rodger’s and Hammerstein’s Cinderella is the timeless enchantment of a magical fairy tale passed down from generation to generation featuring the transformation of a kitchen maid into a princess. Brandy and Whitney Houston’s 1997 version of Enchanted is recreated here to demonstrate a miraculous and musical kingdom of happily-ever-after to an audience of all ages. Adapted for the stage, with great warmth and more than a touch of hilarity, the hearts of children and adults alike still soar when the slipper fits.
