Description of this Newark area Attraction: Liberty Hall Museum at Kean University chronicles more than 200 years of American history. Built in 1772 by New Jersey’s first elected governor and signer of the Constitution, William Livingston, the Victorian-style mansion houses extensive collections of antique furniture, ceramics, textiles, toys and tools owned by seven generations of the Livingston/Kean families. The Firehouse is the latest addition to the Museum’s complex housing two antique fire engines and a collection of fire memorabilia. Liberty Hall is located at 1003 Morris Avenue in Union, New Jersey. It is open to the public Wednesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and noon to 4 p.m. on Sundays. The Estate's new theme in 2008 is “Upstairs Downstairs: Servants and the Served.” Guided tours as well as children tours are offered daily. Other events are offered on the estate's grounds through the summer months and holiday seasons. The Mid-Atlantic Center of the Arts maintains and preserves the Estate. The Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts (MAC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and interpretation of Cape May’s heritage. We will temporarily be located at the historic Central Railroad of New Jersey train terminal just three minutes from our present location. 'Eat or Be Eaten' will be our new exhiliarating exhibition that showcases the relationships between predator and prey. We will also be showing several exciting films.

Description of this Atlantic City area Attraction: NAS Wildwood Aviation Museum is located at the Cape May County Airport. NASW was commissioned on April 1, 1943. The site served as an active dive-bomber squadron training facility from 1943-1945. Forty-two known airmen perished while training at NAS Wildwood between 1943 and 1945. The museum features over 26 vintage aircraft, vehicles, engines, photographs, military memorabilia, interactive displays and more. The Museum is listed on the New Jersey and National Registers of Historic Places at the National Significance Level. NAS Wildwood Aviation Museum is open year-round and offers numerous special events throughout the year. Open rain or shine and don't forget bring your camera!
