Golden Eagle has a small 9 site campground w/water & electric hook ups (20,30 & 50amp) along with a picnic table and fire ring. These sites sit among Pine, Birch and Aspen. Some sites are pull thru for the larger RV’s and all are well spaced to allow for privacy with woods between each site. A heated modern bath house w/hot showers and dump station is available.
The Lodge offers complete boat/motor, canoe, kayak & pontoon rentals. Sand swimming beach & Nature Center w/activities for all ages and Tipi Campfires. We have over 30 miles of hiking, biking trails or just relax and enjoy the scenic views. Check out our “Spring” & “Off Season Specials”

Winter we are a Nordic Ski Center, a “Silent Sports Only” resort. Skiing starts from your cabin door on 70 kilometers of Snowcat groomed ski trails. With an average of 120” of snowfall per season skiing starts in late November and ends in April. We are nationally renowned for having some of the finest ski trails in the Upper Mid-West. Check our year round Web Cam! In winter it looks down a ski trail from the back of the Lodge! All trails are tracked for traditional skiing w/45 km. for skate skiing. We built our trail system specifically for cross country skiing with trails ranging from beginner to advanced levels. We are at the height of the Laurentian Divide which gives us the dependable snow fall each season.
