Description of this Orlando area Activity: Black Hammock Airboat Adventures operates THREE 6 passengers and one 20 passengers state of the art Airboats. Our renowned tours of Lake Jessup, said to be the most alligator populated lake in the state, provide guests with an exciting ride unmatched anywhere! Guests can expect to encounter alligators, turtles of all sizes, and thousands of species of birdlife including the majestic bald eagle. Airboats depart every 30 minutes from 9 AM to 5:30 PM (extended hours during summer) Tuesday through Sunday. Of course all of our Captains are U.S. Coast Guard Licensed.
The Black Hammock Complex offers a unique opportunity for your guests to experience the best Florida has to offer. The Black Hammock Restaurant is a Florida theme Restaurant with a complete menu, including Gator Bites, Catfish as well as traditional seafood favorites.
The Lazy Gator Bar features two lakeside, full service bars with live entertainment every Friday and Saturday evening as well as Sunday afternoons. Live bands can also be arranged for private parties and tours. The Lazy Gator Bar offers indoor and outdoor seating with a panoramic view of beautiful Lake Jessup.
The Black Hammock Gift Shop features traditional as well as one of kind Florida related gifts.
The Black Hammock Live Alligator and Crocodile exhibit features an up close look at various sizes of alligators including Hammy, a 12 ft. 675 pound Florida alligator. Most times, wild alligators can be seen basking on the banks right here too! Guests can have their picture taken holding a live alligator! A great way to remember their visit.

Description of this Sarasota-Bradenton area Activity: C.B.’s Saltwater Outfitters, located on siesta Key, has been a Sarasota institution and a leader in the sportfishing community since 1959. C.B.’s Siesta Key's largest on the water Bait and Tackle shop, offers Boat Rentals, Fishing Charters and Jet Skis. Customers can enjoy our beautiful Sarasota Bays and miles of Intercoastal waterways. C.B.’s Boat Rentals can be rented half day or full day for fishing and cruising the Siesta Key area. Boat Rentals include Pontoons, Deck Boats, Center Consoles, and Runabouts that can be taken out from our location by the Stickney point Bridge on Siesta Key. Jet Skis are rented by the hour and leave right from the docks at our Siesta Key location.
Sarasota is an estuary for some of the most targeted game species in the world. C.B.’s offers ORVIS endorsed Fishing Charter service for both fly and spin fisherman. C.B.’s has inshore Fishing Charters and Offshore Fishing Charters along with Tarpon fishing during certain times of the year. Our Fishing Charters include everything an angler needs to fish in Sarasota, with the exception of food and beverages. Snook, Redfish, and Trout thrive in Sarasota area waters year round and can be caught on light tackle using artificial or live bait. Tarpon (May-July), King Fish (spring and fall) and Cobia also can be caught in the Sarasota area.
