DescriptionPositano Coast by Aldo Lamberti (formerly Lamberti's Cucina of Philadelphia) has recently been renovated to bring the fresh, cool and serene area of Positano, Italy to Philadelphia. Located at 2nd & Walnut Streets, we are one of the only restaurants in Philadelphia to offer 2nd story terrace dining (seasonal) with views of the Old City section of the city. We have a full service bar and take out is available. We also have Banquet Menus available for your next special occasion.

****Very good food for extremely reasonable prices. Go with a group because sharing is encouraged and you will want to sample as much as possible from this diverse menu. Great place for a pre-movie dinner (the Ritz theater is across the street). Since I ate with a dinner club of 20, I was fortunate enough to sample most of the appetizers. The crudo mahi and antipasta platter top my list. For entrees, I sample the lamb and leeks and a grilled black sea bass (on special). Both were excellent. I heard rave reviews from fellow diners who had the filet mignon. We ordered brocolli rabe and white bean gratin from the sides menu and were extremely impressed with both. Save room for dessert. Top of the list, tiramisu; bottom creme brulee. Everyting in between (tartufo, canolli and mousse) was fresh and tasty. I encourage you to try Positano Coast. If you are going for a romantic dinner for two, there are tables that are secluded from the rest of the restaurant behind the bar that would make an excellent setting.
