| ***** | I visited Fournos with my friends (two Chefs from Montreal) The food was some of the most delicious cuisine I ever experienced. From the Lobster Bisque to the Rack of Lamb and the incredible Mahi Mahi, I was amazed. One of us had a fresh penne with garlic cognac mushrooms in a smoked tomato jam fondue, speechless. Wine list is fantastic and the Chef's fiance not only serves but does incredible desserts. This new Chwef owner has gotten the recipe right. | Female between 26 and 55 | 05-19-09 |
