Description of this Oklahoma Event: This is our 4th year for the Arbuckle-Simpson Nature Festival! Plans for this years event include hands on activities, Bird banding, Access to private properties to see waterfalls, geological wonders and beautiful wildflowers as well as birds. Plan to purchase tickets and attend a wonderful buffet meal on Friday and Saturday evening and enjoy the opportunity to hear keynote speakers at the top of their field give entertaining and educational talks. Come to Tishomingo, OK for a taste of small town hospitality as well as enjoy the hidden beauties of Pennington Creek, Pontotoc Ridge Reserve, Tishomingo National Wildlife Refuge and more! Murray State College is the registration center as well as the location for the evening meals. There will be vendors as well as local Art clubs and other nature oriented items for sale.
