Families will enjoy the fun and learning experienced when they visit the Science Museum of Minnesota, a state-of-the-art facility cascading down the bluffs above the Mississippi River. Learn about Saint Paul’s colorful past through narrated history tours and enjoy the splendor of the Mississippi River with a riverboat ride aboard one of the Padelford Packet Boats.

the Cass Gilbert designed State Capitol to the castle-like Landmark Center to the impressive James J Hill mansion make walking tours a must in this historic rivertown. One block west of Summit Avenue lays Grand Avenue, an eclectic collection of one-of-a-kind boutique and specialty shops and ethnic restaurants set in a cozy turn-of-the-century neighborhood.
