| Description | The Columbus Area Visitors Center offers a city tour that showcases both historic and contemporary buildings, along with the stories of the people who have shaped the community. Among the sixty contemporary structures, there are six buildings that have been designated National Historic Landmarks by the National Park Service. Just over 2,300 buildings in the U.S. have obtained such status. In addition, you will see the work of artists such as Henry Moore, Dale Chihuly, J. Seward Johnson, and Jean Tinquely.
