Description	Learn about the prehistoric and historic Native American cultures who made the Sedona and Verde Valley area their home for over 12,000 years. The Center has modest displays and exhibits of these people. Visit with knowledgeable locals on the prehistory of the area and where you can visit their dwellings and many rock art locations. If you visit on a Thursday or Friday you can talk to members of the Artifact Analysis Study who are analyzing artifacts at the request of the Coconino National Forest. These artifacts have been collected on the National Forest over the past 50 years but were never cataloged. The Center is helping with this massive effort that will add to the knowledge of these people.
