The middle is what you make it — Decatur and Forsyth make it memorable.

Meandering trails follow along the shores of our rivers and lake providing a glimpse of prairie wildlife and the changing seasons. Farmer’s markets offer the bounty of the Central Illinois harvest and our fairs and festivals celebrate our welcoming Midwestern hospitality.
Lively performance venues and interactive museum exhibits; blocks of downtown specialty shops, art galleries and restaurants; and sports scenes played out on soccer fields, ball diamonds, and bowling alleys — make Decatur and Forsyth the center for fun.
