Description of this Cedar Falls Visitor Information entry: The Cedar Falls Tourism and Visitor Bureau is available to assist visitors with lodging and restaurant information, event and attraction information, maps, and a variety of publications. The Bureau provides services for groups and event planners, including convention/event bid presentations, grants for event planners, publicity and media assistance, registration assistance and greeters, VIP tours, and more. The Visitor Center serves as a resource center, enhanced trailhead for the more than 80 miles of hard-surface recreational trails in the metro area, and meeting space for local organizations. Features of the Visitor Center include native prairie plantings and interpretation, Gift Shop with local memorabilia, and welcome/reception area for visitors.
