Set on 20 lushly landscaped acres adjacent to a seven mile stretch of beach, the TradeWinds Island Grand resort is within 12 miles of the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Dali Museum, the Sunken Gardens and the Museum of History. The resort's standout feature is its winding waterways, livened by white swans and Nile Perch. The Tampa International Airport is 28 miles from the hotel.
Features. Tradewinds Island Grand boasts nine dining and entertainment venues, including pizza parlors and ice cream shops, and three retail outlets on site. On site amenities include room service during limited hours, valet parking, a concierge desk, poolside bar, tour assistance and an ATM. Tradewinds Island Grand features five outdoor pools, a jetted tub, four Har Tru tennis courts and the Body Works Fitness Center, featuring a variety of yoga, aqua aerobics and aerobics classes. Master bedroom has glass slider leading to private patio with table and chairs. Unit is on the ground level for easy access with a private entrance. The condo is adjacent to pool, and has both a pool and ocean view. Great restaurants are within walking distance, as well as the condo laundry, post office, movies, grocery & pharmacy in downtown St. Pete Beach. Also, many beach restaurants/bars feature "Happy Hours" with fantastic views of spectacular St. Pete Beach sunsets. Come & relax - walk, bird, read or go shelling.
