workshops include sessions on a variety of health screenings, health seminars, fitness tips and training, beauty advice, breakout sessions including varicose veins, diabetes, nutrition, breast cancer, reproductive medicine, internal medicine and health screenings. It's a day of health with inspiration and information on health topics from careers in allied health professions within the Gulf Coast leading Health Care Institutions, to nutrition, to finance, a full day of classes, speakers and exhibitors. What is it? The Southern Woman Health Conference of course.
It's being held at the USA Mitchell Center in Mobile, Alabama and will feature leading experts in women's health. Women learn about the potential health risks associated with gender, the southern environment, a southern lifestyle, pregnancy, career, lifestyle, decisions, aging, and the preventative measures you can take to become more fit and healthy
