DescriptionThis 3-hour excursion is available every Sunday. The tour takes visitors on a destination tour to Port Canaveral, Fl. Departing Merritt Island they will journey on the Banana River, to the Barge Canal, enter the Canaveral Locks and begin their waterfront view of the ports great diversity of businesses. They will see the ports cargo, foreign trade zone, fishing, military & submarine base. While passing the cruise ships the Captains greet each other with the honk of a horn and enthusiastic waving passengers. Before returning to the home port of Merritt Island the Captain makes a quick detour to the local tiki bar & marina to watch the boat follies and meet the locals. there is also plenty of time to see the day's fresh catch as the fishermen proudly display their prize fish.
