DescriptionNational Steinbeck Center is a $15 million 43,000 sq.ft. museum in the heart of Steinbeck Country, Salinas, CA. This unique museum offering three fun and educational experiences for the visitor. Through interactive exhibits & games and themed theaters, visitors explore literature & history in our John Steinbeck Exhibition Hall, art & culture in our Gabilan Gallery and agriculture in our “Valley of the World” agricultural wing. The museum also features an on-site Cafe and a museum store (we are the largest seller of Steinbeck Books in the USA)with books, films, collectibles and gifts.
